Staff went above and beyond to help, which contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great location, with plenty of options for transport. Activities to do each night to help break the ice for new traveller. Overall, highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking to visit San Francisco.

I had a really big problem on this stay. By mistake, I only booked a bed for myself and I didn’t book a bed for my wife. But the staff managed to make a bed for her. Staffs are really nice and kind and facilities are good. I highly recommend it.
