The staff were absolutely exceptional, they continually went above and beyond even though we were only staying there for one day. They were so helpful with suggestions and helped booked onwards buses and tickets, and even gave us their own personal raincoats as we were about to go out in the rain. There were many more examples as well. Couldnâ€™t recommend enough as the staff were so amazing

Absolutely brilliant hostel. Bargain for Â£4. Son (?) and greg were brilliant and super helpful. We were offered a map of the city with attractions on it, and any question we asked was answered by either of the staff. Beds were clean and comfy, same with the toilets. Maybe a little hot in the dorms but we were told fans were eventually being installed. They also had bikes to rent for free which was brilliant. Great hostel, even if there was not loads to do in the area.
