I was absolutely appalled at the lack of professional etiquette. I booked this place given the close proximity to the airport. I discovered upon arrival that another intl’ airport in Istanbul was built and they are 1 hour away. I reached out to see if it would be possible to not charge the remaining balance given the confusion. The response received was rude & completely unacceptable, mentioning how the manager was very upset at me not showing up for my reason, lacking customer service and tact.
