The restaurant connected to the hotel was easily the best part of my stay. Ali and the other restaurant staff were warm, kind, and truly made me feel welcome. The hotel, on the other hand, left much to be desired. On two occasions, male staff entered my room without knocking, despite the Do Not Disturb sign. Construction noise during the day made it hard to relax. Though the hotel staff and owner apologized, the damage was done. I no longer felt safe or fully comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about Seatanbul. The staff are so hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect; within walking distance to all of the best Sultanahmet historical sights and restauraunts, and on a quiet street. I will say that the duvet was oddly too short for the bed in both rooms I stayed in (I'm only 5'7), but besides that the room was very comfortable. Thank you Seatanbul staff! See you again soon. :)
