The comfiest and cosiest beds ever! I just wish they had a ladder for the top bunks :) Free bread, coffee etc which was nice. Loved the cats & dog too! It has a really nice family vibe and super helpful with hiking queries etc.

Nelson and Tania are excellent hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Tania gave me great tips on where to buy stuff before the hike, and Nelson rented me the gear I needed. The hostel truly feels like a home and was the best place to relax after days hiking in Torres del Paine. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were always clean. The bakery next door is also excellent. I wish I would come back to Puerto Natales just to spend more time there!

Great little hostel in Puerto Natales - we stayed here before and after we did the W trek. We were able to leave our stuff that we didn’t need for the trek in storage for free when we returned. We we were also able to leave our bags for a few hours on our check out day. The beds are super comfortable and cozy and a good hot shower! Good kitchen and cozy living area - feels right at home. Really cute dog who likes cuddles. The owners were super friendly and helpful - couldn’t recommend more!!!
