Danang Nemo Hotel

Its nice but the receptionist has no people skills, we booked the fancy room and he say we couldnt have that room because people didnt check out on time and so instead of moving their room and extending their night or refunding us they gave us a s**t room full of dust, filth and mold that looks like no ones been in for weeks, hes also never at reception and still made us pay our full amount even tho we never got what we paid for, best thing about this place is its location but its not safe IMO

We were really looking forward to our stay here considering the ratings. Our experience could not be further from the reviews. On arrival we weren't entriely sure we were in the correct place, the lobby was full of scooters and it clearly being used as a parking spot, we couldnt get through with our bags. The man on reception completely blanked us for several minutes, got up and got someone else, who also didnt acknowledge us. Staff were unfriendly throughout our stay. would not recommend.

It’s not a social hostel but if that’s not what you are looking for it is a lovely stay here. The staff are super helpful and the rooms were very clean. The location is perfect! I would happily stay again
