Nikko Park Lodge

It was a great hostel. The owners were nice and it was really cozy.

The owner Ken was very helpful and amazing. Outside of that, this hostel needs a lot of help. The shower smells very bad, probably from mold & needs to be bleached. The 1 mens toilet is falling through a broken floor with bugs flying everywhere around it. The main floor smells like an uncleaned kitchen and the basement dorm room had large bugs in it. This place has potential and Ken was doing a lot of work throughout the day. I think the place needs more staff & A LOT OF CLEANING!

Nice lodge located in a quiet area, requires a bit of an uphill walk though. Nice and friendly hosts. A bit messy inside but it was comfortable. The only thing that they lack to be a perfect hostel is a guest kitchen. Instead, they have a small restaurant where they will cook meals at a cost. They also need to fix a curtain in the shower. It's fully glass, and there's a broken panel at the wooden fence that can be peeked through.
