Good: great physical location, exceptional price and meticulous cleanliness. Helpful staff, especially the young guy at reception, when they were around, which was not all the time. Bad: poor WiFi in rooms, hot water about 20% of the time and rarely when needed, noisy late night music, lots of hookers hanging around the entrance, and I was sometimes utterly alone in the entire building. Kind of weird.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Location could not have been better, room was clean and spacious. The price for the double room is absolutely incredible value for money. I’ve been to Puebla before and I’d high recommend. I can’t really comment on the vibe, because I didn’t really spend any time in the hostel and I have friends in the city. Seen a previous review mention the security - I thought it was very secure?
