Not a great place to stay. Most rooms facing the road so you will hear everything. They forget to open the kitchen some mornings which is annoying if you want to make breakfast or get something from the fridge at a reasonable hour. There was an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom but they said they don't offer soap so I had to buy a some from the market. There were other hiccups but overall it doesn't feel like they take pride in making this place feel welcoming

The room is nice. The showers are hot. The location isn't bad. My problem with this place is mainly with the staff. I don't know if they are just socially awkward or rude, but I found them difficult and frustrating to deal with. It's also not a traditional hostel. There are no real common areas and no social vibe. If you are looking to meet other travelers this isn't the place to do it. The breakfast is also overpriced. One egg, 3 pieces of toast and some fruit for an extra $12 when booking.

Great hostel, Mauricio and Yorle were lovely, helped us out with anything we needed and the breakfast was different every day! Our room was comfortable, clean and the hot shower was the best hostel shower of the last 6 weeks. Overall excellent value, we were very comfortable here. The only negatives for us were that the lack of shared spaces meant that we didn't really meet anyone, the road outside is noisy and the laundry is the most we've paid per KG. We enjoyed it so much that we extended!
