The bed was comfortable, good layout for privacy, but the toilets left much to be desired. There was a stench from the drainage and it felt like people using it didn't know how to use a toilet without making a mess. It could just be luck on the crowd there, but it felt like the crowd was a young party crowd (which is expected) with not a lot of regard for cleanliness, the shelves in the bathroom had toiletries strewn everywhere. Everything else was ok.

clean, amazing people, located in central tulum, close to all the good cheap food. it has an amazing architecture every room is airy and open with lots of light. when I arrived my bed was so clean it smelled so nice(small but important detail lol). there's always people doing something fun. the place just feels like a big cozy home with a big family!
