Great value for money! If you plan on doing the mount batur hike this hostel is only a short walk from the base and after the hike you can relax in the hotspring pools with a stunning view of the lake. The only downside is the flies are everywhere and the hostel is locate is far away from the main part of Kintamani. Would advice renting a scooter before you get to the hostel as the prices are high in the area for rental.

Generally ok, located in the centre of Amed. The AC works well, breakfast was nice with a good view. Can be social with the outside area. I just thought one of the front staff wasn't very welcoming, but the other staff was. There is no staff on site after 6/7pm, so that means the hostel is accessible - it felt safe anyway.

We stayed in the private room which was nice, comfy bed with a mosquito net and AC! The bathroom is open air and the mosquitoes can get in through cracks in the doors so it was very nice to have the net :) good central location to walk around town and so close to the beach!
