The Yard Hostel

The whole experience at the yard in Catania was superb. The staff are very welcoming, the beds were comfy and the facilities clean. I like the design of the hostel and the lounge to chill downstairs a lot. Other than that, the location is close to a supermarket and the city centre. You can use this hostel as a hub to explore different cities around Catania like Siracusa or Taormina. One thing that could be improved were the lockers which were noisy to open at night and a bit small. Thanks!

Cute, clean, and comfortable hostel. Beds were comfortable and spacious and the beds also had curtains. There were plenty of nice hangout spaces as well as a bar. The hostel is located through a secure gate, so it felt secure and it was a very quiet hostel. Wasn't very social at all, no one even used the bar while I was there, but my stay was in the off-season, which could have impacted the social vibe there.

So far the best hostel i’ve stayed in. Great location in a quiet place despite being in the center of the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big and super comfy. Kitchen is tidy and has everything, the bathrooms are clean. It also has a beautiful balcony and a terrace, where you can enjoy your free coffee. Guys from the staff were friendly and helpful. In general I loved everything ❤️❤️ (Special thanks for personal light and curtains for every bed)
