Good location 2 minute walk from the main area but still on the outside away from all the noise and activity. Owners are really nice and will help you with everything - bikes, scooters, transport to other places and even a map of what to do/see in Ninh Binh! For me the dorms were a bit lacking: bad ventilation, hard & uneven beds, stench, humid, etc (bathrooms were great though). But if you’re not picky abt this then I would definitely recommend :)
