Was great, very very friendly and helpful staff. We could book the bus to phong nha at the reception and they offered laundry and bike rentals. The room was also clean.

Despite all the good reviews, we did not have the best time here. Felt the straff were a bit careless towards us. Also only cold showers our first day. There are rats/birds?? in between the ceiling, and they made loud sounds during the night, that woke up the whole dorm. Felt like they were digging through…could not sleep after that. The place it self has a nice loaction just outside Tam Coc centre, if you are looking for a calm place.

The hostel was in a very good location. The rooms however cannot be locked so lots going in and out. The pool wasn’t very clean. The staff didn’t seem to have a clue who was staying in the hostel or not.
