Location, really good, tram access to all parts of the city. Diagonally across the road to Queen Victoria Market which is a lot of fun, Thursday and Friday nights.. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy The food in the hotel below is outstanding 👌 and very reasonably priced. The MOST outstanding feature of our stay, the staff, Yi and Yong the hosts Yvonne and Liddia, plus the other staff members who's name I didn't get all went out of their way to make stay memorabe

Bathrooms are tiny, one person can barely fit inside. The privacy curtains do not extend across the whole bed, therefore defeating the purpose. The layout of the different rooms is confusing to navigate. Great staff & location, but would not stay again.
