I had high hopes for this hostel, but to my dismay, we simply couldn’t complete our stay here. It was infested with bedbugs. I slept for an hour and awoke to find my legs covered in blood. When we tried to talk to someone and get assistance of some sort, the only staff member present informed us that he couldn’t help because his shift hadn’t started yet. Understandable, but he wouldn’t point us to someone that could help. They still have not refunded us. Please don’t stay here.

The people that work here just don't care about cleanliness. The showers are always dirty...light is out in one shower, but they don't replace it, so I showered 8n the dark. The staff walk around with long faces, and not very engaging. There are also bedbugs, and rooms don't get cleaned....I don't even think they change the sheets consistently.
