Clean and basic amenities. The capsule is a cool concept. There is minimal soundproofing so I’d suggest earplugs and possibly an eye mask since some of the lights inside are bright. Mattress is ok. The lockers are very large and clean. Bathrooms are clean as well, nice hot shower and good pressure. Breakfast was very filling and delicious. The staff are very kind and helpful, some, if not most, are bilingual. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler.
