I booked with them and they cancelled my booking without letting me know cause they had an issue with my card and didnâ€™t try informing me even though the money was in my account and it was pay on arrival. I tried sorting it out and the staff were unhelpful, kept ignoring my questions, emails and uncaring of the issue. Iâ€™m still trying to get my money back

The front door did not shut properly and so was me we locked. No staff for check in, all done by code. Unfortunately we couldn't access the room until 5pm which is really poor. It was extremely loud in the middle of the night. Some sort of party going on in the dormitories until about 4am. No sleep, sadly. Felt wretched the next day. Unfortunately you can hear everything, including the door codes and doors slamming shut. I wouldn't stay there again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it

I cancelled 30 days prior to the booking, ended up being charged full amount when it stated payable on arrival. When i asked for refund they were denying it even though it was not part of the deposit. Horrible customer service
