Bed in Valletta

Considering what others wrote about the property I was very sceptical. I was positively surprised, had a pleasant stay, everything was clean, I was the only one who stayed there, the staff gave me good recommendations for food. Check in was uncomplicated.

Value: Very inexpensive stay, free wifi, great natural light. Security: The front desk was never an issue, hassle-free entry, security camera, and no need to lock the door. Location: Close to the beautiful waterfront, fantastic restaurants and bars, and historical landmarks. Staff: No issues with staff, wouldn't even know they were there. Atmosphere: Rustic, passionate, open-air, intimate. Cleanliness: No bugs during our stay, scented sheets and towels. Facilities: Warm water, great natural light in the b

The Check-In process was kinda weird, as I was added to a WhatsApp group with the owners where communication mostly was one way. The "hostel" was okay clean but moste of kitchen accessories were quit dirty and the cabinets smelled moldy. The weirdest was when a second guest came late at night, who smoked inside and claimed it's okay cause he is friends with the owners. As I asked him to smoke outside be got quite passive aggressive and I felt very uncomfortable. I moved out the next day.
