Staff were great and got involved with the guests and made it very enjoyable. They hostel has different activities each night which gets people involved if they want to but it’s quiet time at 10 which is great too. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great location too. Would recommend for sure.

Everything about my experience was amazing. The location is unbeatable. Bathrooms and common spaces were kept very tidy. The atmosphere and "vibe" were so welcoming, friendly and safe. All of the staff and volunteers were a joy. A very special shoutout to Reuben the supervisor who made this trip one I'll never forget! He really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Next time I'm in San Diego, I know where I'll be staying.

This Mission Beach hostel was perfect for me...it is a quiet clam atmosphere...there is a cute tiny patio I spent many hours practicing my karaoke....This hostel has a very nice breakfast that includes eggs, banana and pancakes...you can store and cook your food...they have an activity several nights a week to include Taco Tuesday and a barbecue on Saturdays compliments of the Pacific Beach ITH bungalow...they have game night and movie night....Mission Beach hostel is a nice place to stay...
