Someone came into our private room while we were sleeping. Our room had no toilet paper but had bed bugs. Staff was not concerned nor did they do anything to cleanse the situation. They put us in a new room which someone came in that night while we were sleeping again. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional about a refund. I honestly would like to talk to the corporate headquarters about the atrocious service. 500 characters is not enough to explain how horrible that experience was.

overal for the money this was very good i had a 4bed dorm (women) the area is calm still close bye everything, the minor was i needed someone 2x and no one to be found at reception, nor a way to call them like a bell or something, besides that ok
