Central Minca

The only thing good about this place is the price. The bedsheet was not changed, random people were sleeping in our dorm and using the locker, the bathroom was not cleaned once for the three nights I stayed there, the kitchen is too dirty to use. Well if you are ok with your budget, don’t go here
