It's a pretty adequate 3-star motel. Just enough to sleep for a few nights. Location is fantastic, close to the lagoon and waterfront, and to plenty of bars and restaurants. Internet connection is very bad, and the club next door makes it quite noisy at night. A bit pricey for what the facilities are, but then everything is inflated at Airlie Beach.

Such a great place to stay that is well worth the money! The lagoon is at your doorstep, the rooms are huge, lovely and so clean and we wished we could have stayed longer!
