Golden Rest Ecuador

Staff was SO great!!! I let them know I’d be arriving at 2am and they arranged to have someone let me in. They also gave me advice to plan my day trip to Quilotoa and to continue my travels south. They have bag storage, tea and snacks in the common area, some games, and you can hang out after checkout. The rooms were very nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Not sure how good the location is relative to Latacunga but it was walking distance (during the day!) to the bus terminal

Good for a transit stay. The main building is very nice, renovated, and connected to nearby businesses; not a social place, more like a hotel which is okay; rooms have significant wear but were clean enough.

nice stay, more of a hotel than hostel. not very social but nice and quiet resting spot before quilotoa loop.
