Maybe bathroom could be better It's hard for me to regulate water temperature when I take bath

Everything's ok. Only the night shift receptionist on 15th Oct 0:00 was bad. The night temperature is 1 degree,but they didn't wanna check the heater is working or not from 221'00- 00:00. I called them the whole night about five times... but 114th, the temperature is 8°C, they turned on!So hot! n I live in 18 beds dorm now, n the quilt is very short, then i asked for another quilt, the receptionist gave me the very thin one blanket, not the quilt.So how could I separated two parts to sleep?
