Ericeira Chill Hill Hostel & Private Rooms

hostel was nice enough and the staff were so lovely. It wasn't the cleanest hostel, but that's probably more due to the fact it felt like an older, less maintained building. I love animals but my main complaint was the cat. I know hostels sometimes have cats walking about, which is fine, but I am allergic and if they have spent any time where the linen is kept or in the rooms then it's going to irritate me, and I subsequently didn't sleep well due to the allergy.

My son and I had a fantastic time at Chill Hill. We met so many awesome people and the accommodations were clean and comofrtable.

Our stay at Ericeira Chill Hill Hostel was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding hospitality of receptionists Pedro and Adriana. They introduced us to Portuguese culture, took us to local seafood spots, assisted with our surf lessons, driving us to Ribeira d'Ilhas and even drove us to the pharmacy once. Their personal touches made our 10-day stay feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended!
