I arrived after dark and during check in hours. No one was there, all lights were off, the place looked completely run down and abandoned. There was a sign saying to just take any available room but since i didn’t have a key, i couldn’t access my luggage store or turn on the electricity to my capsule. I didn’t feel safe at all with the main door being unlocked, the building entirely unattended, and no lock on my capsule. Literally no one was there, I left because i didn’t feel safe at all.
