Stay here if money is your only consideration. Or, if you are in the market for an older Russian gentleman. It is in a house with no visible sign, close to nothing. There is no common sitting area to hang out with people, there are not enough dishes for the residents, the downstairs shower smells like a septic tank, the balcony- and I’m not making this up- is 2/3 covered in walnuts and there is always some guy in a running Uber parked out front. I learned “Bart” is Russian for “flop.”
