No staff present, my code for the door didn’t work and had to wait until I could see someone walking past the door to knock to be let in, this made it feel quite unsafe because seemingly any random person could do this and have access to the entire property without being checked by staff. The doors have no locks so you could literally walk in from the street straight into a bedroom if you tailgated someone. Limited privacy, showers have no door or curtain and no toilet door locks.

Nobody at the reception, had luck someone opened the door. Didn‘t know which room to go to. The room was very small and couldn‘t be locked. Bathroom locks were broken too, had to go to the cellar to go to the toilet. Rooms were super cold. At 10 we got kicked out by the cleaning staff and would have had to pay 5€ for luggage storage until 1pm.
