Yuli Hostel

It's nice, the restaurant Seba next to it is Planet Earth's most expensive place to eat, but the hotel itself is clean and the pool area is nice. It's close to the beach, which is one of the only things to do in Uvita, so that's good.

I came here in October for whale watching and to go to Corcovado national park. At reception i was told that I could book both tours via them which is why i booked 3 nights at the hostel. They didn’t tell me that there weren’t any tours to Corcovado until 6 people would sign up for them (which wasn’t the case for the foreseeable future due to low season). The manager was supposed to contact me reg. A refund for one night but never got in touch even after I tried multiple times to get a response.

Its a hotel that has added a room with bunk beds. Great place to stay, pool was great and clean, as was the room. Only negative was the kitchen. It is small and should be cleaned more regularly due to ants and other insects frequently getting in. Staff were also helpful when trying to find the correct bus to catch.
