The hostel is quite far from city centre. By bike it was a fast 20 minutes ride to Alexanderplatz. The hostel staff is not that friendly. There is no hostel atmosphere at all. No indivdual travellers just groups of pupils check in there. Furthermore, there had been problems as members of the hostel staff have removed some of my own things out of my room. The problem has been solved but no word of apologize. I would strongly recommend not to stay there.

Good location near Ostkreuz SB station with a lot of cheap bars and eat places in the neibourghood. Buffet Breakfast is good but expensive 6 euros. You can find much cheaper in the nearby bakeries. Wifi is free of charge in the lobby but costs in the rooms, not cheap either. Although on the bad side : curtain in my room did not protect from the outside light. Moreover, it was not hanging properly and did not close totally. It was a problem because the room was on the groundfloor.

Good for the price , cheap and clean with helpful staff. Is very big so not very social and we had a big group of teenagers staying on a school trip which was annoying but can't be helped !

We had booked a 4-bed room it was way too small for 4 people. The matrasses were very dirty and no blanket was given us, despite we had paid for it. The staff blamed it on the laundry company.

It's a good value for money and an OK place to stay in; two problems though: it's not possible to open windows in the dorms (unless you make everyone in the room give a signed agreement to the staff) and the kitchen is very small, with no place to sit and eat, which makes making your own food a bit tricky.

The staff at this hostel were nice and helpful enough. And the facilities are quiet good. Location is also good. Close to heaps of bars and cafes and to the sbahn. However I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone. It seems to have a lot of people staying permanently who were beyond rude. Smoking in the room, and using the lights and talking all through the night. We thankfully only stayed one night.

Nice hostel in Berlin, well located, you can see a lot of street art there if you come close to the rails. Too bad a guy stinked badly in our bedroom.

We didnt have internet in the rooms.

The hostel is really good due the price I paid close to nye, pretty cheap! The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are disgusting during the morning, when everybody is just showing. That's no doors on the showers, so you don't have privacy to take a shower yourself. The location is really good, it's just few meters from the metro station. The security is good as well, they have lockers and you can use it for free if you have a lock. Ahh, you have to pay extra money for the bed sheets.

The value for money was ok, the great problem was the female bathroom, with no curtais, it was pretty cold.
