I questioned the security and staff since I have a roommate who coughed all 7 days I stayed there and who snored all 7 nights. When I requested to change bed/room, the staff were totally ignored me. My roommate is a mean lady who does not allow us to even open the window even when she coughed all day there in shared space. When I open the window, she complained so much to the staff about me they finally move me to a better bigger room till the very end. I wish they would intervene earlier.

i had a good experience on my stay, the only thing that i'd like to suggest is the cleaning of the shower more frequently.

We had a good time, the room was clean. However the staff wasn't very nice or helpful, and the bathroom of the room had a weird smell. But above that we had a good stay!
