The location is ok and they have parking facilities but we had problems with the payment. The reception guy kept saying that I had to pay the full amount although I had paid the deposit before and had a confirmation and a booking reference with me. In the end I only paid the remaining amount but he could not give me a receipt. All in all, although the room was quite nice and clean, we did not feel safe in there as the staff did not look like they knew what they were doing. Wifi was slow, too.

Mostly pretty good for the money, but two complaints: 1) Make your directions more clear. When people just arrive to a new city, they may not know what 'exit on the right side' means, etc. Give landmarks and help exhausted people get there as quickly as possible with all of their packs. 2) Have some rooms available early or AT LEAST on time!! We sat in the lobby from 1 until almost 4 pm waiting to get our 3 o'clock room!!

The hostel is dirty. The stairs and corridors smells cigarette and there are some parts that are under construction which makes it even more messy. I did stayed in a 1 bed dorm and its was ok. The only problem was that the only window is facing a building full of offices - not cool for waking up, for example. Besides, everything else in this hostel has to be pay - they charge 1 euro for 20 min of internet!! The staff could be more helpful and sympathetic - only this guy Marcus was nice.

We found this hostel very good . Central location. Staff were very helpful.

It was really loud till the morning hours.

Stayed in a double room. Staff were friendly but struggled with simple things like chexk in. Double room was great-very clean-after staying in all hostels this was a very comfortable clean stay

The staff were helpful but struggled with some simple things. The hotel rooms were very nive and kept clean. Only a very short walk to the train station.

The place is very nice and near the central train station of Munich. I liked that they have a secure system of keeping luggage before or after check-in-out hours, but they did not have lockers at least in my room just closets without a way to secure them. The room and toilet were not very clean but survivable and not a deal breaker for me. The people were very nice and helpful!

Everything was nice, only neighbors another room was screaming and with paper thin walls it was pain in the ass... Put otherwise just clean and good value for money. ( twin private room )

the elevator was broken and i live in the fifth floor

We had a beautiful time in Munich and felt very good in this hostel. The greatest thing on our room in the 6th floor was the balcony on the roof which we had for our own and enjoyed some beers with the stars up there. The elevator was broken the time we stayed there but the nice staff gave us a free beer to say sorry for that. It was also very quiet in our room and the bathroom had everything you need.

This is a chain hostel and lacking in that social backpacker vibe. It's about 400m from the train station, but in the opposite direction of where you probably want to go, so that makes it an extra kilometer back and forth every time you go out versus hostels closer to marienplatz. It's also a combination hotel with nice basic single rooms. The elevator was not working when I was there.

Good location staff helpful good value for money
