extremely clean, well equipped, comfy beds, great showers, great breakfast. missing a little atmosphere.

Great value!!

The receptionists are nice but it takes WAY too long to check-in/out

Nice stay close to everything.

Really weard set up of a room 4 person dorm 1 bunk beds and 2 single beds pushed together like they where 1. Beds very uncomfortable and with the windows shut still very loud. Can here people in next room

It's a good place to stay in the city, but keep in mind you have to pay extra for sheets (bedding) and a towel.

We had a wonderful time at this hostel, it was a little bit far away from the centre of the city, but it was like a 20-25 min walk to the river

I just stayed there for one night but it looked like a big hostel, super clean (really clean and nice shower and toilet, fully equiped with hair dryer, shampoo, everything you could need), nice rooms, good atention from the staff, maybe it's a bit "clinical" or that's the impresion the hostel gave me but in this ocasion for me it worked great because I was not looking for socializing, just a nice and clean place to sleep, with good wifi and close to the trains station :)

Good hostel although rooms can be stuffy without much airflow and not a place where people are looking for a night out.

Basic hostel with free wifi, nice staff.

Do NOT book this hostel based on the price on their result because it is NOT the price you will end up paying!!! This is NOT a hostel, it's a bad combination of a Travelodge and a RyanAir style service. Want bedding? More money, want to pay by card? €3 fee (!!), want to cook? you must buy overpriced from the canteen, want anything at all? Pay, pay, pay. It is a sad budget hotel that tries to make money by attracting backpackes, while not taking care of any backpackers' needs. AVOID

Not a good hostel for meeting people since it's pretty big and separated.

This hostel is great in terms of location, security and facilities. However, it tends to be loud as it is a huge complex and you can hear everyone banging the doors and walking around.

Very good hostel, convenient prices, outstanding staff (helped me a lot when I needed to print documents or to repair my suitcase), clean rooms. One of the best hostels I have ever been, and if I have a reason for coming back to dusseldorf, it would be my first choice.

when we checked in the male reception was really friendly. However, one female reception is not. Besides, when we ordered two different cocktails, she just used same sharking cup without washing it after the first one...

The atmosphere is dead, so this is simply a bed to sleep in. The staff member was quite rude to the girl who checked in before me.

Great staff, very helpful. Clean, quiet and comfortable

It would have been nice to have air conditioning. Even the hallways were extremely hot. No one even aired the place out.

Not as close to the Hauptbahnhof as the name would imply. Located a bit far from things but is still walkable

Very difficult to sleep at location, no air conditioning so exceptionally hot in room, and if you decide to open the window to let in some fresh air, the noise of the main road makes it impossible to sleep.
