Paper thin walls, you could even hear conversations and giggles in the other rooms. Lockers not big enough for luggage. Poor wifi in rooms. Charge 3 euro for bed linens, but no towels. Breakfast not included. But very hot water and great room heating. Nice facilities, if not very new at least comfortable, with glasses for drinking water: nice touch.

Good place, staff and cleaness. Unfortunately frequently problems with people that work on the city and uses the hostel as an overnite-work-cabins They came late night, made the lights on, talk, talk, talk, argue, ....and so on. Nothing against who rents the room/bads , but definitely some users don't understand the basics rules about sharing a hostel room. Dispite this small issue, I would strongly recommend the hostel, but never a 6-room type.

I hope that they can improve the map information. Cause I take the plan from international airport, the information is not a lot of detail about the hostel address. They should show which exit, which street. They only show after the main station by walk 10min that will be arrive. It is not a lot do detail for address.

It has a great location, is clean and has everything one can need for a couple of days. Good price.

Great place with great staff

Nice hostel in a nice location. Only downside was there were no bed sheets for 6 person room. I would have loved it more if they had it. But other than that clean, very good value for the money. Has 24hr bar and helpful staff all the time.

After seen Youth Hostel, this hostel is double time better than all things!. Number 1 location, fast and free wifi, clean bathroom like a hotel towels, hair dryer. there are many rooms and they put you 4 people room and stayed just only 1 or max 2. This hostel location is definitely close to everywhere walking distance. I will stay there when i come back to Dusseldorf. If your first time do not stay Youth hostel and loose time and money!!!

Very friendly staff, informative, and very organized. Had their own bar. 24 hour desk help.

This hostel is in a very accessable location close to Dusseldorf HBF with easy access to the old town (10-15 min walk). It was also very clean with friendly staff.

Good, just the beds were really close one to another

Very helpful staff who are willing to be flexible to assist you.

Feels like sleeping underground.

Not a bad place really, but more like a hotel than a hostel which I prefer. I picked the place due to the cost more than anything and can't complain, would use them again, but nothing special either

Great hostel, easily recommendable. Nice, tidy rooms, although the madrasses weren't top notch, but hey, goes with the territory. And you really get a bang for your buck here, so no complains. Pretty decent breakfast spread as well.

It looks more like a hotel than a hostel!! I missed the "hostel buzz" !!

Well located, clean and comfortable. However, it should be marketed as a hotel rather than a hostel; no atmosphere, nothing really going on at all. Staff were not the most helpful either.

Not bad at all.

In my shared room lived a guy who was already in the hotel for a couple of months and behaved as he is a ruler there. He didn't allow other people to close the window in the night and rowed with them. With the open window it was very noisy to sleep because the hotel is located close to the road.
