At the first point when we step into hostel they charge extra 3 euros for the bed sheets and the reception staff is not an understandable english speaker. The room was clean and in a good condition. Location is good for anyone. Hostel atmosphere is not very good.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hostel. Had opportunity to meet and share the room with people from other countries. Rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. I would recommend to provide locks for the wardrobes which are in the rooms. Used the kitchen for evening tea/coffee, it has all necessary equipment but electrical kettle though. Luggage room is very convenient to store the extra baggage, and provision of safe is very useful to store more valuable things.

The staff was really awful. I've waited 20 minutes to check-in and I was third in line. They were not friendly and they didn't care. To lock the lockers in the room you need a particular type of lock. I had 2 and one was too small and the other too big. Anyway the rest was pretty awesome, clean, and cheap.

Nearby main central station walking in 20 mins.

Clean hostel with all necessary, wi-fi, laundry, kitchen, hairdryer, lockers. If you are not looking for home atmosphere, just a good clean place to stay for few days than this place would fit you. Bathroom was just right in the room, that was convenient.

Its more like a hotel. As a travelling backpacker, staying here is ok if u don't mind eating out for all your meals. Good location, 1 stop outside city centre by train. There's a laundry shop just down the road from the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Everything wasn't bad at all, the only thing that I could think of to improve on could be installing fans in the rooms but opening the windows did help a lot- after all it is a hostel!

Everything is nice! Staffs are helpful. Many things such as hair dryer is provided. Security is good except the luggage room is unlocked, which is expected to be locked every time ppl put down their luggage.

Better information for those that arrive with cars. If a room is booked for 4 persons, clean sheets and bedclothes should be on all 4 beds. There were only 2 beds ready for sleep.

Staff was not good, took us about 30mins to check-in and unwilling to help. Train stop close by.

Absolutely no air in the room, even with the windows open it was too hot to stay there - sleeping was next to impossible in the heat, and also the bathroom lacked ventilation so showering was a pain. Like the A&O hostels in Vienna and Graz ventilation was non-existing! Not located in the centre but easy to get to the main station by train (5 minutes). Staff kept you waiting for a long time and the amount of customer service varied a lot. Guy with ponytail at reception was very helpful though.

Wonderful hostel with great location. Directly opposite S bahn so getting about is easy. roof top bar has stunning views of frankfurt at night. felt more like a hotel than a hostel with a low price! Definitely staying here again

I found this hostel to be well managed and it made me feel like a home away from home. The dorm i was staying at was spacious. The common area is also nice and good to sit and just spend some time.

Free wifi was a nice touch, though it got very slow at peak times. Rooftop bar could've been better advertised, same with the breakfast service. would've been nice to recieve sheets etc free of charge.

The dorm rooms in this hostel were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at reception were quite helpful as well. its right next to the train station so its easy to get around. However the kitchen facilities were pretty disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned and upon walking into the kitchen you were bombarded by a mass amount of flies which was unpleasant whilst cooking your food.
