In our brand new styled a&o Frankfurt Ostend, we've actually thought of everything: 24-hour service and snack bar, free Wi-Fi, kicker and pool table, meeting rooms, coworking space and children's play area. Bus and car parking spaces are also available so that those who arrive by car will not miss out on anything. If there are still open requests, our highly motivated employees are happy to help – and there is still a smile on top!

The a&o Frankfurt Ostend is designed in top modern „a&o: next generation“-style. In 226 single, double, family and shared rooms you sleep cheap, well connected and above all cozy. Whether as a backpacker, family, business traveler or school class – everyone will find the right bed. With the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and the 24-hour snack bar, you'll be well catered for. Free highspeed Wi-Fi throughout the house allows you to stay connected at all times. Optionally, as in all our a&o hotels, there is also the late check-out or packed lunches for little money.

Very convenient, 1 min away from Tram stop. All windows open throughout the day, I noticed guests entering from the windows in the ground floor inside the hostel which looks a bit odd. Friendly staff and ready to assist with any requests. Too many flies in shared space and rooms. Not adequate housekeeping service but overall decent for such an affordable hostel. Too basic shared kitchen without the essentials compared to other hostel I have stayed. Overall, adequate hostel for 2-3 nights max.

There were strange stains on the bed and hair on the pillow like someone had taken a nap before we got there. Looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed in a while. Also kitchen was an absolute mess. Fridge was over flowing and things were spilling out

Homeless walking through lower story windows at night & sleeping in lobby. Police raid late one night. People at entrance saying lewd things to my students. Staff refused to accept coins for food item stating it was a hassle. After putting do not disturb signs on our doors, staff opened room door to my male students in the middle of undressing. Staff refused to let us open windows during EXTREME HEAT. Hostel ran out of ventilators. Molding was falling off doors constantly. Lobby was dirty.
