When I arrived I was told that my reservation had been cancelled due my card had been declined. That was not possible because there was moneys available when I called from the check-in desk. I was told that there were no rooms available because they were expecting other guest who had not yet arrived. After discussing the situation with other desk clerks and perhaps a superisor (they were on the telephone with this person). After driving for approx 9 hrs I had to spend 1/2 hr try to get in.

The staff was not clear, but the room was okay, and you got free breakfast in the morning.
