The newly renovated Hotel 31 is extended stay hotel located in midtown Manhattan on 31 Street between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue.

Hotel 31 is an affordable European style hotel, our central Manhattan location is near many major tourist attractions, we are within easy walking distance of the Empire State Building, Macy's district, Time Square, Madison Square Garden and the Broadway Theatre District.

Cute older hotel in great mid town Manhatten location. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Two shared 1 person size bathrooms per floor. With showers. If you are on a higher floor be aware that the elevator is a vintage elevator with a two person limit. The elevator is surprisingly fast for a vintage elevator so I only had to wait briefly for the elevator.
