The newly renovated Hotel 31 is extended stay hotel located in midtown Manhattan on 31 Street between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue.

Hotel 31 is an affordable European style hotel, our central Manhattan location is near many major tourist attractions, we are within easy walking distance of the Empire State Building, Macy's district, Time Square, Madison Square Garden and the Broadway Theatre District.

This is a great option to stay in NYC for less. The location is great. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that although it is “no smoking” and there are signs everywhere, there is a constant smell of smoke of cigarettes and mari*uana in the stairwells and hallways. It’s difficult to get extra pillows, sheets, or blankets if you need them. The bed was super hard in the one bedroom apartment. There is a kitchenette but doesn’t have things like silverware, or dishsoap

not a bad way to go at all, rooms were up to date and clean. get private bath and 2 beds if you can, book single nights thru hostel world instead of 30 day min on hotel website.
