It had some mould in the bathroom, good value for a cheap price. Tuk tuks were outside. About a 15 min walk to pub/food main area. Recommend getting a tuk tuk to get there, as it would be hard to find. Due to being down a side street.
Good value for money. Clean rooms. Quiete place, 20 mn walk to downtown. Good place for budget for visiting siem reap.
One of the things that made my stay here so enjoyable was the incredibly helpful staffs. The location is 15-20 minutes walk to Old Market, Night Market, and Pub Street. But only 5 minutes walk to Star Mart and Lucky Mall. The room was clean enough to get nice sleep. They have free pickup, Breakfast, Wifi, tea and coffee at the restaurant area all day for guests which is a nice touch. I will certainly be staying here again!

There is one temperature showers, not too cold, but not very hot either. They clean the room every day, just not very good. But for the price they are asking, it's a decent stay. It's about 10 minutes from the central market en pub street by bike. Longer walking.
Stayed 3 nights. I really enjoyed Siem Reap. The people were very friendly and helpful. The tuk tuk service was good and well priced. The room was clean and comfortable. Massage service was awesome and cheap, It’s only $5 for 1hour.Would definitely recommend all my friends and other travelers to stay here.
We never actually made it to this place. They say that they are close to the market and downtown, but we walked for hours and could never find it. We called them once we were finally a mile out of downtown, and had to ask a local to call them and they said "keep going, almost there" and weren't even close. When we called, they just pretended like thy couldn't hear us and kept saying "huh?". There's too many places downtown to waste your money here.
Nice home stay in Cambodia, friendly people, really cheap price for room and Angkor trip. They provided great service as free breakfast, pickup, internet and bike.I'll definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very helpful amd friendly. Tuck tuck to pub street where all restaurants are cost $2. We get clean towels and made up room everyday. Only cold shower and no mini bar they advertise. Breakfast is fried egg and toast or noodle soup. Really great stay for the money.
