The staff were really good about helping move our room to a handicap accessible level.

Very good. Convenient location for me. Staff were helpful (not that I asked for a lot of help but I got the impression it was available). I booked single room and ended up with a huge 4-bed room (guessing they were out of single rooms). Represented very good value for money.
