Good location, great reception staff. Lots of organised activities & easy to met people. Otherwise everything is pretty standard for a hostel. Overall good cheap accommodation.
Nice owner! Great location Quiet and comfortable in the night. but the door of the shower are kind of weird.
Excellent location, very tidy and very nice host who will inform you of everyting you need to know in Toledo, would definitely recommend staying here.
the place is really well located just the only issue are some stairs (inside the hostel and to get to the hostel) if you are taking heavy bags.. all of it is really clean and looks very nice and updated. they have wifi but not computers you can use. hot water and ac are provided. ac only works from 4 pm to 4 am. breakfast is kinda poor... you can have coffee, milk or chocolate and they give you some little cakes... the owner seems nice but watch out! hes very strict witht time n cleanness
It is a 'normal' small hostel rather than a 'young' hostel. Do not expect to do any kind of party on it. It is managed by a guy in his 30's and his mum, really lovely. Simple yet new and neat facilities. In the hearth of Toledo old town. When checking in they charge you a fix extra fee of around 2 euros, claiming it is for the VAT. This is an illegal racket, but the price is still so cheap that we can accept it.
Great location - nice, quiet spot. Very clean rooms with plenty of space. Each bed has a locker. The guy who runs it is really helpful. My one criticism would be that the bathrooms are a bit tight on space - sit on the loo and the door is on your knees, and there's nowhere to put your stuff when you're in the shower. It's a unisex bathroom, you have to walk past the showers to get to the loos but the shower cubicles have GLASS doors! Not well thought out. Otherwise good though
Great receptionist: super friendly. Great location, near the main square in the old town. They could have done with a few more activities in the hostel and the breakfast was only a bun and a hot drink. If you are like me, you will love Toledo.
The hostel was nice and the staff were helpful. Yet they overcharge you when you arrive. Which I think it's unfair, because when you book with hostelworld they tell you how much you will pay and then when you get there they tell you the price is higher, so that's the only reason I wouldn't recommend it. Like once you're fixed on a price you should never change it and I think the only reason they don't tell you the whole price is so that they can get more customers. I could almost call it a scam!
The showers are per floor transparent and don't lock. It's a little unnerving. It didn't turn into any problems for me. The owner is terribly kind and helpful. His English is very limited which might be a hard for anyone that doesn't have some Spanish under their belt.
Room and bathroom were clean. Location good. The staff and facilities were average. My brother and I came back to get our stuff (which we had locked up after checking out). We were very jet lagged as Toledo was our first stop from Canada and were hoping to just sit a little while before heading to the train station. The staff kept waiting on us, wouldn't let us charge our phones, and made it apparent they wanted us to leave. Not very friend and uncomfortable.
Hostel owner is a very kind and caring man who is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his city. He will tell you all the local hotspots and deals and accommodate your stay in any way he can. Air conditioning turns off at four AM so it can get real hot in your room in the summer by the morning, but all around a great deal in a prime location. If you are arriving by bus or train, be sure to brush up on the local bus system before you commit to walking. It's quite a hike especially if you
Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The manager was very kind, and he gave me a lots of valuable information such as free admission times and local shows! It is located very close to the Cathedral as well. It is a little bit tricky to find the place because the streets are very narrow, but it's fine with a map. Breakfast is included, but it's just 3 muffins with a cup of coffee. Although I think it is very reasonable for the price. It was a very nice place, and I would definitely go back!

Clean. Not too crowded. Good wifi in rooms. Missed out on breakfast, so no take on that. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Stay here.
Staff is very nice and kind. But shower booth is so suprised
Good, clean, but its onlye one bathroom per floor... and men and women have to use the same..
