They were hardly able to speak English on the phone, which made communication very very difficult. The woman said she would cancel my booking but she did not, while wanting to charge my credit card. It seems she was intenionally deceiving me. I am not at all satisfied with the experience and would not recommend staying there at all and I will complain further if they should charge the card.
