The hostel is located two blocks from the subway, and a short walk down the street. **There isn't a house number, so just find the one that should be the number and ring the bell (when we were there there was a white sheet over the front door rails in case that helps). Our matrimonial was comfortable and the hostel was clean. The back patio was really cool with lots of couches and soft chairs to relax on. Breakfast was good, and wifi was fast.

I returned to the hostel and found it to be as good the second time. They had kept a bag for me when I went to Easter Island and it was in my room when I got there. This time I experienced tje full breakfast and it was wonderful - crepes, fresh fruit, bread roll, cheese, omlette, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Worth the price alone. PS It does help if you speak Spanish but we managed. I will learn more before I return.

This is a little gem of a hostel. Very inconspicuous from the front, without even a number over the door, but once inside it is lovely. I stayed in a double room ensuite and it was just off a courtyard area with a fountain that has been converted to a relaxing area full of sofas, lamps and curtains - a lovely place to chill after the noisy, dusty city. They even got up at 5am to make me a delicious breakfast before an early flight. Thanks guys. One to be recommended.

Clean, nice staff, OK location (close to metro), big rooms (ours, at least). Gourmet breakfast (i.e. very very good, but a bit small :). Limited kitchen access and no laundry.

This hostel is absolutely recommendable! The garden is amazing and decorated in Ibiza style with white curtains and day beds. We truly had the best breakfast there during our trip so far. Also try the dinner offered every evening - it is delicious and healthy!

This place felt like a 5 star hotel, but it had hostel prices. It is really beautifully designed and decorated, the rooms are really nice, the place is super clean and there is a beautiful courtyard. The food is amazing- best breakfast ever, very gourmet, and they can also cook dinner for you for a small price- every night the dinner was great, what you'd expect at an expensive restaurant. The staff were really good. They even have a part time beautician. Definitely recommended

This place was a bit of a disappointment. It has a really nice garden area, but it was a bit shabby. The room was fine but there was no fan or air-con and Santiago is hot! The kitchen is a no-go area despite saying it's available on Hostelworld. There's only one shower. But the breakfasts were very good!

very nice small hostel with an excellent breakfast! rooms have a great atmosphere and the garden/courtyard invites you to just relax for one day. the location is no problem at all - everything is more or less in a walking distance (if you dont mind walking 15/20 minutes to providencia or lastarria) or with subway reachable. the dinner offered every evening is also great! we extended our stay and are coming back at the end of our vacation..

This place is mostly fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, complete with a lovely a courtyard to hang out in. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. This a great place to catch up on sleep and get some r&r. Breakfast is AMAZING, I would call it gourmet. My only complaints are that the kitchen hours aren't posted anywhere and the upstairs shower kinda sucks. Overall though, we stayed two nights and really enjoyed it.

The hostel is amazing. There are only private rooms, but those are incredibely spacious. We even had a sofa and a desk in our room. Furthermore there is a lovely patio with a great lounge-athmosphere. In the evening there is also a bar in this patio, but for those wanting quiet to sleep, don't worry, it is a very peaceful and calm place. What has to be mentioned is the breakfast, which is amazing! Fresh fruits/omlett with bread/crepes were served to us for breakfast, what a treat!

Fantastic hostel with lovely garden area and the best breakfasts we've had in a hostel by a long way. Staff were very helpful and even fed us when we arrived too early to check in.

the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. i think the major downfall to this place is the shower - freezing cold or insanely hot. getting someone to answer the door was also a bit tricky as there is no door bell so be patient, knock hard and call out.

Kurt, the owner, is fantastic! He is so helpful and is a great host for a very good eye for detail. The breakfasts were amazing. The setting is lovely with a really nice outside space to sit in and listen to the waterfall. The room we stayed in was lovely and was really big. Would definitely recommend this hostel for a quiet, relaxing time!
