Very helpful and nice staff, rooms cleaned every day, good breakfast (till 11am :) ), kitchen ok but could be a bit better equipped.

Staff were so helpful, location in San Telmo was great. Our room was cleaned everyday and beds made. Breakfast pretty basic and kitchen was a bit horrible and dirty. Overall good stay.

Great hostel in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and they offer lots to do (free tango and Spanish lessons and free walking tours too). Very safe and clean place and close to some great bars and restaurants. Not the cheapest but well worth it. Would stay again.

I thought the staff were amazing and friendly. The hostels (both in BA and El Calafate) were a huge help in organising the additional elements of our trip that made it so special. Thanks so much!

Great stay. Dorms are like 4 people private rooms which is great. Lockers were big enough. However, kitchen was poorly equipped (not enough and old).

Great staff, good english and very friendly and helpful. Very clean and secure. Good place to hangout, party or sleep. Plenty of activities. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Will stay again when back in B.A.

I don't like big hostels, but this place has got it right. The staff knew me by name from the start, everything 'functions' - wi-fi, lockers, cleaning, free tours, advice for exploring.. everything works the way it should. Best location in all of BsAs for sure. But you won't find an 'authentic vibe' here

Great location located around the corner from all the bars and restaurants in San telco .very clean hostel with plenty of facility's to use .the staff are very helpfull all to willing to help booking excursions .would defiantly stay here again

extremely friendly and hellpfull staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great atmosphere throughout the place. The decor and the facilities are fantastic and the location is brilliant. We really enjoyed the free walking tours and the all-you-can-eat bbq too. The only annoyances were how small the shower room was in the dorm and the fact that the main speakers bled through to the TV room. But these were only minor things really. We think it is probably one of the best hostels we have ever stayed in!

Most comfortable/pleasant stay you can imagine in a hostel. The reviews we read before booking said it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. This is true to the extent that you really can't believe how little you're paying for what you get. However, we found that it was also very easy to socialise with the other guests and the staff were incredibly friendly. Most comfortable beds in the whole of Argentina - made it difficult to get up sometimes! Best hostel in Buenos Aires!

Can't speak highly enough about this hostel! the staff are super friendly, so helpful and go out of their way to give you information, help you organise things and generally make u feel welcome! We wanted to have a spa day so they rang around, found the best deal and booked it for us! The hostel feels more like a hotel, its spotless, it has everything u could want in a hostel, great TV area, outdoor area and kitchen. We had such a great stay and would definitely stay here again, no question!

We had enjoyed our stay at America del Sur Hostel. All the staff are great and helpful. The hostel provided free breakfast and fresh towels. Thank you for the great hospitality.
