This was a lovely hotel. We wanted to stay on the mainland while visiting Venice due to the cost of staying on the main island! The bus stop was about 5 minutes away to get into Venice, and near a supermarket so good location. Staff were very helpful. I was especially impressed by the breakfast, with an impressive range of food available. I'm gluten free and they were so accommodating! The rooms aren't very large and there's no elevator but neither was a problem.

Overall, nice place to stay. Not a far walk from the bus or train station to go into Venice. More hotel than hostel. Grocery store right down the street. No fridge. No electric water kettle. Wifi. The lady who checked us in seemed to be short with us and want us out of her hair as soon as possible. Might choice a different place to stay at next time but would stay there again if needed.

This was an amazing place to stay. Yes; its a bit outside venice island but the public transport is quiet near the hotel and it takes a total of 15 mins to reach the island. The staff is amazing and the room is quiet good as well specially considering the price. Venice itself was a disappointment and is quiet overrated.

This is a great hotel for a short/long stay in Venezia Mestre (the city outside of Venezia main island). It is 10-15 min from train station and 6 min from a bus station (where you can take Line 6, 66 to Venezia). To be honest, it is hard to find the location without a google map because there is no obvious sign indicating it is a hotel. However, it is quite a surprise after we enter the hotel, it is cozy and nice and the staff welcomes us warmly. You can even purchase bus/train tickets at site.

The hotel was located in very easy walking distance of the train, though Mestre itself is NOT a fun place to be, find food or otherwise do anything but sleep in between exploring Venice. All of the staff (I believe it is family owned) was very accommodating and patient, and the directions on how to get to Venice by bus (10 minute ride) were very easy to follow. A big plus is being able to buy bus tickets right from the front desk. Very clean, spacious rooms and cute outdoor garden.
