Perfect location, instructions arnt the clearest but easy to find anyway ask locals to direct and you do it by foot from bus station. Venice itself is beyond beautiful, food is great. Wifi in hotel perfect. Its just a place to sleep and does the job. You don't need more then one day in Venice anyway
Very nice and friendly owner, who dares to make a good joke. He didn't mind that we'd paid up a bit later and had arranged a perfect room. The only unfortunate thing was the loudness on the Piazza, but only if you try to sleep early. For late night adventures the hostel is in a great location.
It's truly worth visiting as Campo Santa Margarita is a fantastic location with reasonably priced restaurants with good food. The atmosphere here is buzzing, yet this does not make it hard to shut off the sounds at night. It is around a 10-15 minute walk to all the major sights, and the ice cream in the square is worth sampling (melon flavour highly recommended)! The shower was just a strong hose and there were no lockers and only a fan to keep cool, get a private room and beware of mosquitos!
Very good location! Owner very nice and helpful. Directions on hostel world perfect. Very quiet. Nice big bed. Clean sheets but that is where the cleanliness ends. Dust literally everywhere. Like years of dust everywhere. Affordable and I would stay here again.
Everything about this place was really great, especially how the hostel is located in a popular square which comes alive at night. Staff weren't helpful at all though.
I hated here. here was the worst hostel in Italy. I booked "3 Bed Mixed Dorm Ensuite". but there were 4 beds. they lied. and the ensuite bathroom was a smell of ... and it has no fan for air circulating. and the bathroom door knob was broken. i couldn't find any good thing in this hostel.
Avoid at all costs, staff are rude and don't speak English, location is okay but the general condition of the hostel make you forget about the good location. WILL NOT RETURN.

The location of the hostel is really good. However, the staffs weren't like that at all. When I arrived, the staff kept talking on his phone even at the time he was doing the check-in for me. He just told me the room number and the check-out time and then return to his phone. By the way, there is no air-condition in the room.
Nice staff, no locker. A place to sleep. Many bars nearby. Ask for a second sheet (1 Euro)
Great location! Wish it had a kitchenette or common space.
Awesome location for night time!!
A terrible place: The boss is very kind, but he works only in daytime, for night time you can just pray that you do not get any trouble---The guy in the front desk almost fought with me, just because I ask him to open the toilet door: my aunty was locked in the toilet since the lock was broken just when we arrive. By the way, the room is small, the toilet not well cleaned everyday, no wifi in the room. 是中国人的话千万别定这家，晚上那个前台特别不喜欢中国人。
Is located in the center, so is easy to move to the most important places in Venice as Sant Marco's place and the canals, but all the nights it look like outside all the students are going to drink and have party because all the nights there were noise and party outside. There are no kitchen and breakfast not included but there are some stores near and in the mornings there is a market in outside in the place. About the cleanness, was no so good, there were hair in the bed and in the bathdroom
Easily the worst place we stayed in our whole trip. Located within walking distance of all the major sights in Venice and the room was cheap but that's about where the positives end. The room was tiny and so stuffy and hot, the bathroom was really grotty and the shower pretty much just a head-height tap. There was no wifi and the staff were particularly unhelpful and at times downright rude. Would definitely not go back.
Great location.but no lockers or storage room for luggage. They will hold you bag, but it is left virtually unattended in the lobby. Good value for the money
Nice location at a small place besides the main tourist area. Staff is friendly and helpful, Wifi is slow. For the overprices Venice the hotel is a good one.
smell like cheese outside the room and the room wasn´t clean enough
We had a private bathroom. Paid extra for use of towels: 2E per towel. :-( Bring your soap, shampoo,.... WiFi is free. Overall, it is a good value for overpriced Venice.

A little hard to find - only able to find because I looked at the pictures on the website and recognized the restaurant downstairs. It was kind of janky, office was not very official. No city map given. Met a few people living at the backpackers across the square, and I don't think they had the same nice experience that I had. Their "backpackers" hostel was too far to get internet, and they didn't seem very pleased. Overall I had a pretty pleasant experience. Seemed like a converted apartment.
