There was only a very cheap lock on the door. They turned off the hallway lights at night, this felt unsafe. There was no hot water. There was no bell person to carry my luggage up the stairs. The location is in some cheap garment district. You. Don't want to walk anywhere at night.

Very basic accommodations, but perfect if all you really need is a bed and a shower. Wi-Fi is good and the staff were very friendly. Not too far from the main part of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff wasn't helpful at all. Questions were all answered with I don't know. No intention to help at all. Breakfast was supposed to be available starting 7.30am. We had to leave 8.15am and couldn't get breakfast. Paying 40 Dollars and not even getting the promised breakfast... pretty disapponting. We would not stay here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This is not a Hostel...It is a Hotel with Cheap Rooms. OK for a night or two in Guayaquil, but NO social areas or Lounge other than in the Room. On a nondescript, industrial street a few blocks North of the Malecon.
