The staff at Atlantis Hotel was extremely nice! Definitely worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone who\'s going to Thessaloniki for a few days.

When we arrived at 3pm they had given away our room, attempted to charge my credit card and told us it was our fault. They claimed that their terms and conditions allowed them to do this but it was actually a blatant contradiction of them and they were incredibly rude to us about the whole thing. I've never been treated so badly at any hostel or hotel. On top of that the sheets felt like plastic and the bathroom smelt bad. Do not stay here.

This is a hotel and can not be compared to the athmosphere a hostel with its backpacker has.

very good value for money. location is the highlight: 7-10 mins walking to aristotelus and the very center, bus stop in front of the main door. 24h shop kiosk as well. egnatia is not the most silent road in greece, but you can deal with it. room had everything i needed: bed, closet, bathroom with shower. tv and wi-fi, even more. if you are used to hostels and backpacking like me (ie. you don't care about luxury) , here you can find everything you need at a reasonable price.

This hotel is undergoing some renovations so some of my concerns are most likely being dealt with. The hotel itself is really not that special, although once again we stayed in a room yet to be renovated. The newly renovated ones from what I could see looked great. The bathroom was cramped, and the bed wasn't that comfortable, and my wife complained that the walls were very thin. That being said, the value for your money is incredible, and the good outweighs the bad for sure!

This hotel has a very central location in Thessaloniki. When we first arrived at the hotel early in the morning the staff greeted us very cheerfully and allowed us to store our luggage while we went sightseeing. The room itself seems quite new and clean compared to another hotel down the street, that is comparable in price, we also stayed in during our time in this city. Overall very happy with this hotel and can't say enough good things about it.

We spent there 5 nights, the staff was very helpfull and always provided us with the best tourist information ever. The breakfest very very good and the staff always ready to modificate it a bit when asked. The only disadvantage was the bathroom in our room, the was not shower box and the water was everywhere in the floor of the bathroom. Besides that thank you guys for everything and maybe see you somwhere in the future. Kasia and Paweł

A WONDERFUL hostel/hotel! Located very central to all sights in Thessaloniki with a wonderful staff willing to help answer your questions. Additionally, one of the best perks was the breakfast- for 3 euro we got a traditional Thessalonian dish (mpougatsa) baked for us, Greek yogurt, fruit, bread, jam, coffee, tea, meats, cheeses, and more! In short, I highly recommend this hostel/hotel, and will definitely stay again if I ever return to the city.

My girlfriend and me are very happy about our stay. We got exactly what we asked for: a nice and quiet bedroom with bathroom. No noisy neighbours, everyone was polite and respectful, thus we could sleep properly. The bathroom was very clean with shower. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We got a very nice breakfast and surprisingly on Sunday a typical Greek cake! We thank Joan, Pascal and all the staff to have been so helpful and friendly and to make our stay so nice! W Thessal

They charge 3,5 Euros for the breakfast and it is not clear on their revision. They say it is 3 Euros to have it in the room, but I had it at the lobby and when I was checking out they charged me. Also, 3 guests and I had a wrong information about the bus to the airport. We have followed the instructions and got to the wrong place. We almost lost our planes. The door of the rooms are easy to open with a card because there are sings that some instrument was used to force them.

The staff here are fabulous. The bathrooms are not the greatest but for a 2 night stay (as we did) they were fine. It is located right in the centre of everything and quite a nice place.

I would never go back to that hostal again. First of all the owner (who btw called me 4 times (!) on my cellphone before the arrival) hardly spoke any English and behaved in a really weird, creepy way. Secondly, the room was not at all like in the fotos of hostelworld, there was almost no light, the bed linen was of a uncomfortable material and the shower was tiny. I didnt feel safe because of the poor doorlock and the thin walls (thanks to the loud neighbours it was impossible to sleep)!

Hotel Atlantis was perfect for what we needed: reasonably-priced accommodations close to the city center and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The staff was wonderful, Constantine especially, and very helpful. Although the bathrooms were a bit cramped and the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own, it was perfect for a few days. Offered breakfast, but we didn't partake. Would absolutely stay there again.

A great choice if you want to visit Tessaloniki for the weekend or for a short vacation. The staff was super nice, they all spoke a very good english and they have been friendly, helpfull and kind. They provided us with a lot of suggestions on where to dine and what to visit. Room was small but cozy and clean, with a beautiful ceiling with golden plated stuccos and a little balcony. The only negative point was the shower: the curtain is too short and soaped water goes straight all over the floor
