Excellent service

I got miserably lost trying to find this place so eventually I called them and they actually came and picked me up. Excellent staff. They provided a map and went over where the important sights are. Very nice B&B. Good breakfast.

Excellent location and very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff/owner. Internet worked perfect. Help yourself to breakfast in the kitchen which was great. Would definitely come back to stay here when visiting Verona again.

This is a great place to stay indeed! I enjoyed my stay very much and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who's travelling to Verona ;)

A lovely place to stay, the room and bathrooms were roomy and very clean. Lovely and warm (we stayed in a winter cold snap). Only downside was a nearby club which bit loud, but the music didn't bother me too much personally.

Great staff, very clean, safe and great location. Loved the fact that has food 24 hs available at the kitchen.

Very nice B&B, and very quiet. Staff was hardly every there, in fact in two days, I only saw someone twice. The girl who was there at check in spoke no language other than Italian. The owner came by later, and he spoke a little English, but it was very broken. If you don't have to ask any questions, then this place will be fine for you.

Very good hotel, easy to find and great location. Good atmosphere, cozy and personal.

Very good location, helpful staff, big rooms and the breakfast was awesome. I would stay here again, so I do recommend it. One little detail: during the shower, the water used to go unexpectedly cold for a few seconds, but I assume it is something temporary and easy to fix.

I'm loving it. The best place I've stayed in Italy. For such price it is too good! Perfect!

B&B Cittadella is an amazing place to stay in Verona!!! Perfect breakfest, so clean, a nice staff's support and a very good location!! It's really looks like a hotel!
