Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the all nights will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Since we do not have a Reception Service 24h in our facility, on the day of arrival we will send a self-check-in message with all the information to reach your room.

It's necessary to provide us with your mobile phone number (with whatsapp) and register your identity documents at least 72 hours before your arrival via the link we will send you.
